Shipping and Delivery

  • Mushrooms currently offers free domestic shipping on all local orders through Postnet.
  • Mushroom store ships worldwide (Due to COVID-19 international orders should expect delays)
  • Shipping on International Orders are to be confirmed through our contact center before placing the order
  • Most orders ship within 3 business days of being placed
  • The shipping time selected at checkout does not include fulfillment time
  • All orders will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is shipped
  • Approximate transit time for domestic orders: 2-7 business days
  • Orders are sometimes shipped separately.
  • Should door to door courier be requested an additional fee of R200 will be payable.

General Information
All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment. Mushroom Store is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

What Happens If Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently available worldwide. Delivery times vary from country to country. Mushroom Store is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents – no exceptions are made. We take no responsibility if your order is seized by customs or gets lost during international transit. Please be familiar with your country’s laws prior to placing the order.

International Duty and Tax
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Mushroom Store is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Mushroom Store by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice. Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.


Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario
